- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS Lepidium eastwoodiae has been collected once, 1.5 miles south of South Fork in Rio Grande Co, at the base of a rock outcrop (2014). BONAP also does not accept this occurrence but Ackerfield (2022) does. In New Mexico, the species follows the Rio Grande drainage from the border counties of Rio Arriba and Taos to the Mexican border (but no farther south). The species occurs on foothill slopes and dry plains, and can be expected in Conejos and Costilla counties of the Watershed. Its USA range is northwest Arizona, southeast Utah, west-slope Colorado, and most of New Mexico. It takes inspection of the fruits to distinguish it from L. montanum.
