- In the Watershed there are only six locations, five in Rio Grande Co, a little N and SW of South Fork and around Del Norte; and one from a dry wash in the south of the Great Sand Dunes NM. Ackerfield does not accept the first three earlier identifications, but the two recent photorecords from Del Norte add support to them, both plants found along hiking trails. There are vouchers from both east and west of the Watershed. The species follows the Rio Grande drainage no farther than Torrance Co, New Mexico, although this exotic is now widespread in the USA.
