- So far there are less than 15 records of Sierra tansymustard from the Watershed. Only one is from the Cristos, from Rock Creek at the north end of the range in the Watershed (Saguache Co, 1998). There are, however, a few scattered records from the Cristos of New Mexico (the flower does not follow the Rio Grande drainage farther). The majority of occurrences are in the San Juans of Conejos, Mineral, Rio Grande, and Hinsdale counties, some on the west side of the Divide, some on the east side within the Watershed. The USA distribution is centered in Nevada and Utah, with none from east of the Front Range of Colorado.
