- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. Of this Arabis there are only three collections: Carnero Creek in the Garitas (Flaig, 2004), and Cochetopa Hills (Hartman, 1999). Neither Ackerfield or BONAP accept the determination of a flower far from its Colorado range, which according to BONAP is only Moffat Co. Ackerfield and Weber and Wittmann show the species nowhere in the state. There are many herbarium vouchers from Colorado labeled Arabis eschscholtziana, but these may e A. pycnocarpa (the distinction is only petal size and presence of saccate lateral sepal bases). Note that Moffatt Co would mark the extreme SE corner of the USA distribution
