- There are no voucher records of Oreocarya glomerata from the Watershed. Consequently the point distribution shown in Ackerfield (2022) also shows no occurrences from the Watershed. However, BONAP (Nov 2024) indicates Saguache and Rio Grande counties. The photorecords from Rio Grande Co would indicate occurences at the extreme southeast of the USA distribution, which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, and Nebraska. There are no recorded locations in the Rio Grande drainage south of Colorado. Note that the older name is Oreocarya celosioides [e.g., Weber and Wittmann; BONAP].
