- Senecio soldanella and S. taraxacoides are the two ragworts in the Watershed found solely in the tundra. The first, Colorado ragwort, has been recorded from both sides of the Valley. SEINet reports two locations from New Mexico, in the Cristos (one near the Colorado border, the other near Santa Fe), but Allred, Jercinovic, and Ivey (2020) say these plants are not S. soldanella. So the species is still endemic to Colorado.
