- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. In the Watershed Microseris nutans is represented by one record, 1998, Alamosa Co, “by radio tower on road to Zapata Falls, N of Blanca.” Has it persisted? The location and one in Huerfano Co are isolated at the southeastern corner of the USA distribution, which is roughly the northern two-thirds of the West. In Colorado, the range is the northwest third of the stte. Superficially the flower could be mistaken for a "false dandelion", such as Scorzonseris, Northocalais, Hypochaeris, etc.
