- Comments
- Tahoka daisy is most often collected in sandy soil of the Basin, but it ranges up into the foothills (e.g., Crestone campground in Saguache Co, or Rajadero Canyon in Conejos Co). Although there are not yet records from the Culebras, it has been collected farther south in the Cristos of New Mexico. The species is wide spread through the Rocky Mountains and western Great Plains, as well as Utah, Arizona, southern California, and southwest Nevada. It follows the Rio Grande drainage through New Mexico to a little beyond the Big Bend country of Texas.
