NEED IN SITU PHOTOGRAPHS. Fendler's hawkweed is not common in the Watershed. The few records come from the south San Juans close to the border with New Mexico. Ackerfield (2015) shows Mineral Co, with no records in SEINet. This is a mountain species largely of Arizona and New Mexico, found also in the Front Range of Colorado on up into Wyoming. It follows the Rio Grande drainage in New Mexico down to Sierra Co, but no farther down river.
