- Although not commonly collected in the Watershed, slender cudweed can grow in large patches there, around stream banks and floodplains, on dried lake and reservoir margins, and in wet meadows. In the USA, it is present in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico, where it follows the Rio Grande drainage down to Valencia Co.
