- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. There are six Watershed collections of flat-top goldentp found along the Rio Grande bottoms, from Alamosa to Del Norte, 1930-1968. A seventh collection came from Conejos Co along the Conejos River close to Los Ceritos (1956). The USA range is largely east of the Mississippi and the northern Great Plains, with no records from New Mexico or Texas. The Colorado Watershed locations lie isolated at the southwest corner of the USA distribution, and no plants have been recorded from the Watershed for over half a century.
