- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. Vreeland's fleabane has been recorded from four Watershed locations: Saguache Co, just east of the Continental Divide in Saguache Park; Saguache Co, in mixed forest at 9,000' near Crestone (Hogan & Elliot 2022); Costilla Co, in the Culebras; Conejos Co, La Jara canyon. This montane range on both sides of the Valley is repeated in New Mexico, where Erigeron vreelandii is "widespread" and continues down the Rio Grande drainage to Mexico (but not into Texas). The Watershed locations lie on the north edge of the USA distribution, which consists of most of Arizona and New Mexico.
