- Comments
- Tall fleabane has been collected fairly frequently from montane and subalpine forest edges of the La Garitas and the south San Juans, but there are no collections from the south Sawatch Range. Note that the Colorado distribution continues on north in the Sawatch mountains of the Arkansas River drainage. The central distribution of Erigeron elatior is Colorado and contingent edges of Wyoming, Utah, and New Mexico, where it has been found in Rio Arriba, Taos, and Mora counties but not farther south in the Rio Grande drainage.
