- Less commonly recorded from the Watershed than its cousin, Brickellia grandiflora, B. californica has been found on both the west and the east sides of the Valley, although less often on the east. BONAP shows Mineral Co, with no vouchers in SEINet. In the USA, B. californica is an Intermountain and Southwest plant that is also found throughout California. It is present in the Rio Grande drainage through New Mexico on down to the Big Bend country of Texas.
