Comments

For this species of ragweed there are three vouchers by three different collectors (2004-2013), all from the area around Terrace Reservoir, Conejos Co. The 2022 photorecord from a gravel pit NE of Del Norte would add Rio Grande Co to the Watershed distribution indicated by Ackerfield (2022) and BONAP (2022). The flower follows the Rio Grande drainage through New Mexico from counties bordering the Watershed to the Mexican border (but no farther down the river). The USA distribution is scattered through the mid-Western states, from Canada to Mexico.
