- Comments
- Ambrosia acanthicarpa is an Upper Basin native sometimes also found in the foothills. It may be dispersed by motor vehicles since occasionally it is found alongside roads. Oddly this bursage has not yet been recorded from the Lower Basin, although it is present throughout the Rio Grande drainage of New Mexico (and into west Texas). It is present in the western Great Plains and in all USA states farther west.
