NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. For nineleaf biscuitroot the Watershed has only two records: “1 mile N of La Manga Pass” (on Hwy 17), 1985; and La Botica, La Jara canyon, 2017. There are a number of records from Rio Arriba Co in New Mexico, within the Rio Grande drainage (treated as Lomatium simplex in Allred et al., 2020). The New Mexico and Colorado Rio Grande drainage locations lie at the extreme southeast corner of the USA distribution. The species is widespread in northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and western Colorado.
