- Comments
- Where it occurs on Basin alkaline or saline playas, Salicornia rubra often grows in extensive patches. In the Watershed, it has been mainly recorded from Alamaos Co, extending from the Blanca Wetlands to seven or so miles south of the town of Alamosa, from 1951 to 2018. Red swampfire follows the Rio Grande drainage to Otero Co, New Mexico, but no farther down stream.
