- YES Rich Haswell: Saguache Co, Old Woman Creek, dry slope with volcanic outcrops 26 Aug 2013
- Comments
- The Watershed has only three records of Amaranthus albus, both from Saguache Co but from west and east of the Valley: Old Woman Creek (Haswell 2013); Baca Grande Subdivision near Crestone (Erdman 1999); Great Sand Dunes NPP (see Great Sand Dunes Plant Species, 2005). This pigweed is recorded from every USA state, and follows the Rio Grande drainage just short of the Gulf of Mexico.
