- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. So far few-seeded bog sedge (Carex microglochin) has been vouchered only once from the Watershed: in a wet marsh or fen with peat mat in subalpine spruce-fir woods between middle and upper Glacier Lakes on Vermejo Ranch (Costilla Co, 2014). The species has also been found just south of that location in New Mexico, but no farther down the Rio Grande drainage. In the lower USA, C. microglochin has been recorded from scattered locations in southern Montana, western Wyoming, central Colorado, and eastern Utah. This sedge is circumglobal in the temperate and subarctic zones.
