- Fernleaf yarrow has one recorded occurrence in the Watershed, photographed on the Cumbres & Toltec railway grounds in Antonito (Conejos Co, Aug 2021)—see iNaturalist observation 90835711. Achillea filipendulina, an exotic planted as an ornamental, has occasionally escaped around the USA, with very scattered locations in western Montana, north and south California, Utah, and Colorado. Ackerfield notes that there are a number of escapes along I-70 in Clear Creek Co, CO. The Antonito record would be the only one for the entire Rio Grade drainage. It is possible, perhaps likely, that this was planted, not escaped.
