NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. There is only one recorded location for Erigeron consimilis in the Watershed: La Botica in La Jara Canyon, 10.8 air miles SW of Capulin. The specimen was found and identified by Carol English in 2017 (see Mitchell, ed, 2022, Appendix A). According to BONAP (2020), the closest locations for this species are Gunnison and San Miguel counties in Colorado, and Rio Arriba Co in New Mexico. Its USA distribution is confined to Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. The La Botica site occurrence would be unique to the entire Rio Grande drainage.
