The photorecord from Conejos Co (2015, 2022) is the only record of Picradeniopsis woodhousei from the Watershed. It would add Conejos to counties indicated in Ackerfield (2022) and BONAP (20220. Ackerfield shows the species as a Plains plant in Colorado, but there is one record (1948) from Chimney Rock in Archuleta Co, just west of the Divide from the photorecord location, and the species has occurrences in the northern half of New Mexico. So its presence in Conejos Co of the Watershed is reasonable. Note that the species is perennial and that the Conejos Co plant was photographed in 2015 and 2022. Picradeniopsis woodhousei (readily determined by its distinctive pappus scales) occurs in western Arizona, much of New Mexico, and the western Great Plains of Colorado, Kansas, and the Texas Panhandle. It follows the Rio Grande drainage at least as far as Culberson Co, Texas.
