- Comments
- Around the Watershed meadow-rue is very common at forest and cliff edges, often in aspen groves. Mainly montane, Thalictrum fendleri extends from the foothills up into the subalpine. There is only one east-side voucher (from Trinchera Ranch near Ft. Garland), but BONAP shows the species present in all Watershed counties and extending solidly down the Rio Grande drainage through New Mexico and on down stream as far as the Big Bend country of Texas. Fendler's meadow-rue is present in all Western states.
