- Sickletop lousewort has been long collected from the Watershed, from both sides of the Valley, most often found in meadows and ridges of the subalpine in association with spruce woods. These occurrences, and the ones that extend down the Rio Grande drainage in New Mexico (to above Santa Fe), mark the southeast corner of the USA distribution, which ranges all the way to the northern Pacific coast of California, Oregon, and Washington.
