- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. There is only one Watershed record for Ranunculus acriformis: Mineral Co, 5 mi north of Bristol Head at Crystal Lake, FS Road 532 ca. 10.5 mi E. of State Hwy 149, SW of Creede (Heil, 1995). The record is not accepted by BONAP but is by Ackerfield, who says the flower is found in “moist meadows and along streams.” This high-elevation Watershed location would lie, somewhat isolated, at the extreme southeast corner of the main USA range, which is northern Colorado, southwest Wyoming, south west Montana, and central Idaho—with isolated peripheral locations in Utah and Oregon.
