- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. There are six records from 1921 labelled just “north of Alamosa,” possibly from the San Luis Lake area. Then nearly a century later, this gilia was collected in 2012 and 2013 from the Baca NWR. All these would be extreme outlier occurrences, ecological relicts, of an Aliciella that otherwise has not been recorded east of west Utah. Ackerfield notes of the earlier records that they may be Aliciella leptomeria.
