- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. For Piperia unalascensis there is only one record (2003), doubtfully in the Watershed: Hinsdale Co, Weminuche Wilderness, “West Divide Lake.” If this is West Ute Lake, it would be a Watershed location. The occurrence lies at the SW fringe of the USA distribution, which includes all states W of the Great Plains except for Arizona. There are a few collections from McKinley Co in New Mexico (not in the Rio Grande drainage).
