- Comments
- Early coralroot has only four recorded Watershed locations: Conejos Co, near Bear Lake (1988); Saguache Co, San Isabel Creek (1995); Saguache Co, Medano Creek (2024), and Alamosa Co, Mosca Creek trailhead (2024). New Mexico has a few collections of Corallorhiza trifida from Rio Arriba and Taos counties, on the Watershed border. There is also one collection from the southern New Mexico county of San Miguel, from Horse Thief Canyon on the Pecos River, which flows into the Rio Grande. That would mark the southernmost reach of this circumboreal plant.
