- In the Watershed, there are only 4 recorded locations for striped coralroot, all from the north Cristos (Saguache and Alamosa counties), by streams on lower slopes. Ackerfield (2015) shows Costilla, with no vouchers in SEINet. The flower follows the Rio Grande drainage in New Mexico down to the Mexico border, and beyond into west Texas. It has the same range as Corallorhiza maculata but generally seems less common.
