NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. Of Rocky Mountain phacelia there have been 10 Watershed collections so far, representing only four widely separated locations: 1-2 miles west of La Veta Pass, hills NW of Saguache, Wild Cherry Creek in the north Cristos, and an rocky outcrop near Terrace Reservoir (Conejos Co). In Colorado Phacelia denticulata is primarily a Front Range plant. The USA range of this uncommon flower is the South Rocky Mountains. Except for a few occurrences in south Wyoming and north New Mexico (Colfax Co), it would be endemic to CO. So the Watershed occurrences are the only ones in the Rio Grande drainage.
