Comments
All around the Watershed waxy currant is common in the foothills, especially on the west side of the Valley. As yet there are no collections from the Culebras but the plant is wide spread in the north Cristos of New Mexico. It is found in nearly every USA county west of the Great Plains except for the Pacific coastal counties—including the western Great Plains . It follows the Rio Grande drainage through New Mexico down to the Mexican border but no farther down stream.
