Comments
In the Watershed the distribution of Sierra fumewort is confined to the south San Juans, where it is locally common; for instance, around Fish Lake in Conejos Co and Wolf Creek pass in Mineral Co. These populations of Corydalis caseana seem stable. The Wolf Creek Pass community has been recorded 1921-2014. The USA distribution of the species is very scattered, with isolated presence in western Oregon, northern California, central Idaho, northern Utah, and southwestern Colorado. C. caseana extends down the Rio Grande watershed only as far as Rio Arriba Co.
