- Comments
- Shaggy-leaf clover, named for its hairy leaves ("dasyphyllum"), has been frequently collected in the subalpine and tundra of all mountain-range regions of the Watershed. Trifolium dasyphyllum has a much more extensive range in the USA than T. brandegeei or T. attenuatum, ranging in the Rockies as far north as western Montana, but perhaps no farther south than the Colorado Watershed. Despite records stating otherwise, Allred et al. (2020) could find no certlfiable records from New Mexico.
