- NEED IN SITU PHOTOS. For Oxytropis borealis there are three Watershed records: two from the North Pass area W of Saguache (1971, 1998; one from near the headwaters of the Rio Grande (2004). These records mark the farthest southeastern extent of the plant’s USA distribution, and form part of a central Colorado population disjunct from the main range.
