- Yellow stonecrop is common in all mountain regions of the Watershed, from foothills to rocky meadows, ledges, and scree of the alpine. Sedum lanceolatum is the most wide spread of stonecrops, found in all USA states west of the Great Plains. It follows the Rio Grande drainage down to Bernalillo Co, New Mexico, but no farther down stream.
