- Of creeping bellflower there is only one voucher from the Watershed, a 1965 collection from the Monte Vista NWR. Here the herbarium record belies the reality. This exotic has been observed, for instance, in Alamosa and Monte Vista yards as early as 2017. Currently it is rampant in Del Norte yards. Opportunistic and, with its deep tubers, obstinate, it is considered a noxious weed in all the northern USA states—and currently it is spreading southward.
